Responsibilities

  • 3-6 years of relevant QA technical experience preferably with a product company
  • Perform thorough testing of websites developed using Next.js and other frameworks ensuring compatibility across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not introduce issues or conflicts with existing functionality.
  • Evaluate website load times, responsiveness, and overall performance, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  • Develop, publish, execute, and maintain manual/automation test cases
  • Maintain detailed test documentation in JIRA / Confluence
  • Determine and design testing approaches
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of GIT and POSTMAN is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on website and mobile app testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with website testing tools, browser developer tools, and browser compatibility testing.
  • Experience with test automation using tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using mobile testing frameworks and tools such as Appium or XCUITest is a plus.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in an agile and fast-paced development environment.
