KORE is a fan, partnership, and revenue
intelligence platform for the sports and entertainment business.
We are seeking a proactive Senior QA Automation
Engineer to join our KORE Intelligence Platform team.
In this role, you will act as both an architect and individual contributor,
playing a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of platform
components. You will collaborate across teams to champion test automation
strategies and frameworks, while also contributing to manual testing and
mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
our test automation framework and infrastructure, aligning
with business priorities and coordinating with Engineering teams.
- Maintain
and improve UX and API automation solutions.
- Analyze
business requirements and promote a test-driven development (TDD) approach
for new features, bug fixes, and improvements.
- Assist
Product Engineering leads in implementing test automation
strategies across products.
- Act as
a mentor and technical consultant for test automation within Product
Engineering teams.
- Enforce
best practices in the automation codebase, conduct code reviews,
and provide feedback.
- Collaborate
across Product Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Assist
in organizing and managing test environments.
- Contribute
to manual testing as needed.
- Participate
in managing weekly product releases, including testing,
coordination, and sign-off.
- Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+
years of experience in test automation development.
- 2+
years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Technical Skills:
- Strong
understanding of the SDLC and QA testing methodologies.
- Proven
experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and
test plans.
- Hands-on
experience with Selenium, BDD, and related
automation tools.
- Proficiency
in UI, API, and Database automation testing—strong SQL skills
required.
- Experience
with performance and stress testing.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding
of AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience
with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Experience
with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics CRM,
Salesforce, or SAP.
