Primary Purpose of the Position:

Headquartered in Singapore, we are currently hiring “Software Quality Assurance Engineer & Tester” to join the team. If you love building high-impact products that touch the lives and stomachs of millions of users, working alongside a talented, world-class team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute detailed test documentation, test plans, test cases, test scripts and test report based on project specifications and requirements.

Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Conduct both manual and automated testing to assess software performance, usability, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and ensure product quality aligns with user expectations.

Analyze the system's quality to determine whether it is good enough to be released, and if necessary, plan quality improvement measures and instruct them to the developers.

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Research and evaluate the latest testing technologies and tools, and adopt them to each project if useful.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from any reputed university.

At least 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

Experience with multiple types of testing (e.g., regression testing, ad hoc testing, feature testing, user acceptance testing, user interface testing, integration, performance testing, security testing).

Designing and executing test cases to validate the functionality, performance, security, and compatibility of APIs.

Implementing robust and maintainable automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) to streamline regression testing, improve efficiency, and enhance test coverage.

Planning and executing comprehensive load tests to assess application behavior under increasing workloads, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and ensure scalability.

Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects and inconsistencies.

Solid experience using JIRA and/or any test case management tool.

Ability and enthusiasm to work in a global and multicultural environment.
