About the job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the QA team in executing both manual and automated tests, maintaining and improving test frameworks, and setting high standards for product quality, performance, and reliability. You will be responsible for monitoring QA processes, implementing industry-leading practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient and reliable software solutions.

·       Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team objectives

·        Execute both manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and ensure quality standards are met

·        Continuously monitor and enhance QA processes to improve product quality and team productivity

·        Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution

·        Prepare and organize all testing materials, including checklists and test data, to support test execution

·        Contribute to the creation of acceptance criteria with the team, ensuring reliable feature requirements

·        Design and implement automated testing strategies and plans to maximize product quality and performance

·        Conduct code reviews and provide feedback, promoting adherence to QA best practices and standards

 

We would love you to have:

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

·        At least 1 year of experience coordinating a direct-report team

·        Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

·        Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber) and object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java)

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

·        Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus

·        Experience in designing an automation framework from scratch is a plus

 

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 8264 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation
