Job Responsibilities:

As a QA Engineer at Workspace Infotech Limited, you will:

1. Test Planning & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and software applications.

2. Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.

3. Automation & Tool Utilization:
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar platforms.
• Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing processes.

4. Collaboration with stakeholders:
• Work closely with development, product, and client-facing teams to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.

5. Quality Assurance Processes:
• Ensure all software aligns with functional, security, and performance requirements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including risk assessments.

6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with development, product, and UI/UX teams to meet project deadlines.
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and TestRail.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
