Your Role

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for Salesforce applications.
Log and track defects using JIRA and manage test cases in Xray.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality across SDLC.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback.
Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
Support automation efforts using tools like Selenium or TestNG.
Ensure thorough documentation of test results and issues.
Maintain high standards of QA processes and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Hands-on experience in manual testing, especially with Salesforce applications.
Proficient in JIRA and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of QA methodologies.
Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Bonus: Exposure to automation tools and agile environments.
