Job Title: Junior QA Engineer

Requirements

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 28 years
• 1 year of experience in software testing (internship/academic projects / Professional sectors).
• Must have a prominent knowledge of STLC
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA processes.
• Knowledge about performance testing will be most preferable.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python/Java/JavaScript) is preferred.
• Strong English language skills in both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities & Context

• Write and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
• Must have a clear knowledge of different types of tests and test techniques (e.g. regression, functional, and non functional testing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or other tools).
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Clickup, mantis.
• Contribute to test documentation (test plans, test cases, and reports).
• Stay updated with QA methodologies, tools, and trends.
