𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Software Quality Assurance Engineer
𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞:
A Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer ensures that software applications and products meet specified quality standards. The individual will work closely with software developers to design and implement testing strategies and identify and resolve product quality issues.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for software applications
- Identify and report defects and issues promptly and work with developers to resolve them
- Ability to perform multiple types of testing (e.g. automation, load testing) manually or using tools (e.g. testing software) and adapt to new requirements
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications
- Work with development teams to ensure that defects are fixed and test plans are updated accordingly
- Continuously improve the SQA process by identifying areas for improvement, recommending and implementing best practices, and staying up-to-date with new testing technologies and methodologies
- Communicate test results and provide status updates to project stakeholders
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a software quality assurance Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and database
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in speaking in English
- Experience in automation will be highly regarded as a plus
