As an SQA Engineer, you’ll design and implement test plans, debug software, and define corrective actions. Your work will ensure that our software products are reliable, efficient, and meet client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and define corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Review system requirements and ensure alignment with quality assurance standards.
• Track and report on quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts).
• Conduct comprehensive tests to identify and resolve software malfunctions.
• Work closely with product and development teams to improve overall quality.
• Perform white-box and black-box testing to ensure robust functionality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development and/or software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (a plus).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting (a plus).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment 0-1 years
• Familiarity with performance and security testing (a plus).

Salary:

BDT 40,000 - BDT 45,000 (Negotiable)
