We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about designing and implementing robust quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with generative AI tools such as Langsmith, a proactive attitude, and a drive to improve system performance. This role focuses on creating and managing QA processes, testing, and maintaining high-quality standards for our AI-driven healthcare products.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement a comprehensive QA process for our AI-driven products.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for new features and enhancements.

- Evaluate system performance, identify problems, and ensure product quality.

- Report bugs and issues, providing clear documentation for resolution.

- Depending on complexity, fix identified issues or collaborate with the development team to resolve them.

- Utilize tools such as Langsmith or similar generative AI platforms to enhance QA processes.

- Continuously improve testing methods and stay updated with QA best practices.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of experience in QA engineering.

- Familiarity with generative AI tools, such as Langsmith.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI applications and testing.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
