SELISE Group is hiring Senior QA (Automation) for Testing

What Will You Do

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
You will create and maintain reusable automated test scripts with strong coding standards
You will execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects
You will integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation
You will collaborate with developers and architects to debug issues and improve application quality
You will contribute to test data preparation, validation of data integrity, and SQL-based validations
You will support testing of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, particularly those leveraging Kafka

Who You Are

Over 8 years of experience in Automation Testing
Proven expertise in developing automated tests using Node.js, with strong proficiency in Postman scripting for API validation
Practical experience with JUnit and Playwright for functional and UI automation testing
Strong skills in writing and executing SQL queries to validate back-end processes
Exposure to testing distributed, event-driven systems, ideally involving Apache Kafka
Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, defect management, and test reporting practices
Ability to thrive in agile teams, collaborate effectively with both offshore and onshore stakeholders, and adapt to enterprise delivery environments
Knowledge of containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work Monday to Friday in a dynamic fintech environment
