What We’re Looking For

Our client, a US-based performance marketing agency specializing in DTC brands and lead generation, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of their digital advertising campaigns. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high-quality standards across ad placements, email campaigns, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate digital ads and email campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards.
• Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address quality concerns and suggest refinements.
• Maintain quality assurance reports, tracking recurring issues and potential optimizations.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam to annotate and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance within a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Familiarity with QA best practices for digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam for issue documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
