Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated QA Tester who is passionate about quality, deeply curious, and eager to ensure that our partners’ products—especially games—perform flawlessly on our platform. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the trust of our users and partners by setting standards, proactively anticipating issues, and owning the quality of experiences across a wide range of environments.

This is a remote contract position that will likely start as a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities:

Validate Partner Products: Test and verify that our partners’ games and experiences function seamlessly across various environments—devices, operating systems, browsers, regions, locales, and network conditions.
Set QA Standards: Create, maintain, and evolve checklists and test plans for key workflows such as sales demos, public launches, and partner onboarding.
Think Ahead: Design test cases that simulate diverse customer environments and behaviors, staying one step ahead of real-world issues.
Manual Testing: Execute exploratory, smoke, sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Functional & Non-Functional Testing: Ensure features not only work, but perform well under real-world conditions.
Own the Output: Deliver clear, actionable QA reports and documentation to guide teams and inform decisions.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing roles
Strong understanding of manual testing practices, techniques, and tools
Experience testing across platforms (web, mobile, desktop) and environments
Familiarity with writing and maintaining QA documentation and test cases
A proactive mindset—constantly looking to improve coverage and identify edge cases
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Nice-to-have: Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Nice-to-have: Experience with games
