Life Plus Bangladesh is one of the leading digital healthcare service platforms and software development companies in Bangladesh. We build secure, scalable, and user-centric healthcare solutions that directly impact patient care and service quality. To strengthen our technology and quality function, we are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and software applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital healthcare products that meet both technical and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform manual and automated testing for web and software applications
Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues
Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects effectively
Validate system performance, security, usability, and data integrity
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release validation
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and healthcare best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
Hands-on experience in manual testing
Basic to intermediate experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Familiarity with API testing and bug tracking tools
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience in healthcare or regulated software environments
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
