Job Title: QA Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist with deep expertise in HTML and CSS to audit evaluations conducted by Data Annotators reviewing AI-generated code. This role requires you to validate annotator assessments for instruction-following accuracy, factual correctness, and proof-of-work validation based on structured guidelines. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality outputs in the AI training pipeline.

• Audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated HTML/CSS code responses.
• Confirm correct application of rating guidelines for instruction-following and correctness.
• Test and validate annotator-submitted proof-of-work code for structural, visual, and functional accuracy.
• Identify errors in annotator feedback, missing validations, or incorrect conclusions.
• Provide constructive written feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA leads to maintain consistent evaluation standards.

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend QA, HTML/CSS debugging, or web code review.
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS layout systems (Flexbox, Grid), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience validating code functionality, appearance, accessibility, and standard compliance.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and frontend testing tools.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.

• Prior experience with annotation quality assurance or auditing AI training data.
• Familiarity with evaluating AI-generated code, LLM responses, or RLHF workflows.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) or SEO-friendly markup.
