The QA Platforms team:

The QA Platforms team's mission is to establish standards and practices that ensure software quality throughout the development cycle, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and operational efficiency. What it's like to be a Quality Assurance Engineer II:

This role is responsible for ensuring that mobile app release processes are organized, efficient, and high-quality. This role is essential for ensuring smooth delivery of our product releases, maintaining constant communication with the Engineering, Product, and Quality teams.

If you're organized, enjoy routine, well-defined processes, and are comfortable tracking deadlines, workflows, and ensuring everyone is aligned, this position is for you! You 'll need : 

• Monitor the product release cycle, ensuring that operational steps are completed.
• Manage the status of tests and bugfixes (critical mobile bugs) in releases.
• Update dashboards, tools, and documentation related to release progress.
• Communicate with the responsible teams, notifying them when there are any pending issues.
• Control deadlines, SLA, and the status of impeding bugs and deliveries required to advance the release.
• Follow operational release checklists and ensure criteria are met prior to release.
• Report risks, pending issues, and progress status to the teams involved.
• Monitor the store launch (rollout, stability metrics, alerts)

What we expect from you: 

• Previous experience in operational activities in the technology area
• Excellent communication, clarity and objectivity to activate different areas.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ease of use with tools like Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, dashboards, and task tracking systems.
• Ability to consistently follow checklists, operational processes, and routines.
• Ability to work collaboratively, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Logical reasoning to understand dependencies and sequences in the release cycle.
• Familiarity with quality metrics or release management.

What increases your chances: 

• Previous experience with Release management.
• Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Crashlytics.
