QA Compliance Lead

Location: Foster City – CA – Remote work allowed

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Over 9 years of computer system validation and infrastructure qualification experience

Experience leading the formulation of change control and validation strategy.

Experience leading technically complex deviation investigations and GxP impact assessments.

Experience working independently on high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience providing expert QA opinions and insights to senior IT management.

Roles and Responsibilities

GxP Change Control records, Change Implementation Plans and Change Completion Summary Reports

Validation Plans, Qualification Plans, and associated Summary Reports

User Requirements, Functional Requirements, Design Specifications and Requirement Traceability Matrices

Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification test protocols, and associated test execution results

System and Process Deviation Investigations, associated CAPA and CAPA Effectiveness Checks

New and updated System Operation and Maintenance SOPs

GxP System Periodic Reviews and System Maintenance Records.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 06/09/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between [$71,100 – $112,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
