The Role

As a QA Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to test and ensure that every feature released works as expected and delivers a great user experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in AI and Conversational UI testing, helping improve chatbot and AI-driven features.

This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a fast-paced, modern tech environment while contributing to exciting new projects in AI.

Main Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated test cases.
Report, document, and track bugs to resolution.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand requirements.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Support the improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
Help test and review AI conversational systems and chatbot interactions.
Collect and analyze AI interaction data (metrics, KPIs) to support improvements.
Review and comment on AI training data for better performance and accuracy.

Requirements

Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in software testing, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Good understanding of QA methods, tools, and processes.
Experience with project management or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Willingness to learn new technologies and testing tools.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
Basic SQL knowledge for data checks.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum teams.
Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
