Job Title: QA Analyst

Position: QA Tester

Location: Minneapolis, MN | Charlotte, NC | Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6+ months contract - potential for extension

Pay Rate Range: $45/hr W2

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a QA Analyst - manual and automation testing experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Banking background or payments experience
• Experience with UAT Testing

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

• This team focuses on adding new features to the mobile app and following it end to end.
• One of the features they are currently adding is to stop any debit card payments if something flags it as being compromised.
• Lead a variety of systems quality assurance testing initiatives on software systems
• Act as key participant in planning for systems quality assurance
• Lead testing, development, and project teams to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes
• Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
• Meet regularly with developers to determine the scripts and test cases needed for new functionalities
• Understand what backend scripts or system updates are required, and ensure they are properly implemented/tested
• Work with the team to develop and execute end to end testing plans for each new feature/change
