📣 Hiring Mid-Level SQA Engineer

Location: Bangladesh

👩‍💻 Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and checklists for functional, performance, security, usability, regression, and compatibility testing.

- Design, maintain, and integrate automated test scripts and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.

- Conduct API and database testing, ensuring data integrity, client-server compliance, and backend consistency.

- Identify, document, and resolve defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers for debugging.

- Monitor quality metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide daily updates on progress and results.

- Collaborate with teams to align QA with Agile practices, improve processes, and ensure UI/UX consistency.

- Perform security testing, ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO, and identify vulnerabilities.

- Mentor junior QA members, share best practices, and maintain QA documentation.

⏩ Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SQA.

- Bachelor's degree in CSE, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Experience in testing mobile apps, web applications, and managing large regression test suites.

- Hands-on experience with REST API testing, debugging logs, and resolving API test failures.

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control tools like Git.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP).

- ISTQB certification or similar QA certification is a strong advantage.
