OutsideHire is hiring Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer (Remote)

Job Description:

As a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to maintaining the quality and reliability of our financial platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing detailed test plans, validating intricate transaction workflows, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

You’ll be responsible for:

Designing and executing test cases for web and mobile platforms
Validating complex financial workflows, including payment gateways, KYC, and compliance flows
Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other QAs to ensure test coverage
Leading bug triage sessions and mentoring junior testers
Creating test documentation and contributing to QA process improvements

Requirements:

3+ years of manual QA experience, preferably in FinTech or banking systems
Strong understanding of financial transaction flows, APIs, and data validation
Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, and browser dev tools
Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR) is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Familiary with i.NET applications
