At Enroute, we’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer passionate about quality, technology, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working with global companies and helping ensure top-quality software through manual and automated testing.

Technical Requirements

Programming / Automation

• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Playwright
• Familiarity with Selenium and other automation frameworks

Test Design Techniques

• Experience with equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and exploratory testing

API Testing Tools

• Experience using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools

SQL

• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing

Cross-Browser Testing

• Strong knowledge of browser/device compatibility testing

Agile Methodologies

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Defect Management

• Skilled in bug tracking, reporting, and prioritization

Regression & UAT

• Strong experience in regression cycles and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication for bug reports, documentation, and stakeholder interaction

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Apply test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and exploratory testing
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to enhance automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium)
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure application compatibility
• Plan and execute regression testing cycles
• Validate backend processes and ensure data integrity through SQL queries
• Report, track, and document defects clearly and efficiently
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business stakeholders
• Contribute to requirement analysis, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Maintain and continuously improve test documentation and test case management processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members
• Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
• Familiarity with requirement analysis processes
