Job Title: Manual QA Engineer

Short Description/Summary:

Riseup Labs is looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer to write and execute tests to ensure product quality. As a QA engineer, you will be designing and implementing tests, debug and make corrective actions

Minimum experience: 5 years

 Working Time: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

●      Ability to make decisions about the quality of the product under development

●      Develop and manage effective Test Plans & Strategies for software applications (Game, Web, Mobile App, etc.)

●      Ability to analyze bugs in the product under development

●      Applicant should have experience in Mobile App Testing (iOS and Android) (1-2 years)

●      Applicant should have experience in cross-browser testing (1-2 years)

●      Test and find high-priority bugs early in the process

●      Ability to write short bug tickets

●      Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

●      Ability to develop high-quality test scenarios by applying different Test Techniques

●      Keep learning new technologies and effectively apply those in the projects

●      Effectively guide team members when required

●      Self-motivated individuals who can deliver tasks independently and on time under pressure without compromising the quality

●      Be a team player and effectively communicate & collaborate with English-spoken team members

●      Create project estimates and contribute to designs for new product functionality

●      Execute regression tests and perform Install/Upgrade Testing during the regression phase

●      Ability to analyze failures to find root cause, and follow-up with the development team to resolution

Minimum Requirements:

●      Proficiency in English is a must

●      Experience in different testing and project management tools is a plus

●      Experience in API Testing

●      Experience in the American or European market and their regulators and laws.

●      Experience in troubleshooting of bugs (Analysis Client-Server levels)

●      Experience with performance, network and security testing is a plus

●      Analysis of test documentations, requirements and delivered as required

●      Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details

●      High work Ethics & Professionalism
