Associate QA Engineer
We're seeking a detail-oriented Associate QA Engineer to
join our dynamic engineering team and help ensure the highest quality of our
software products. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, product
managers, and fellow QA engineers to build and maintain robust automated
testing frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
As an Associate QA Engineer, you'll drive quality through
automation and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing
and implementing end-to-end automated tests using Playwright to ensure
comprehensive coverage across our web applications
- Building
and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable continuous
testing and deployment
- Collaborating
with the development team to implement testing strategies early in the
development lifecycle
- Troubleshooting
test failures and providing detailed bug reports with clear reproduction
steps
- Contributing
to test infrastructure improvements and testing framework development
- Participating
in code reviews and providing constructive feedback on testability
Technical Requirements
- Experience
with modern test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright for
end-to-end testing
- Working
knowledge of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with GitHub Actions
- Basic
understanding of DevOps practices and principles
- Familiarity
with version control using Git and GitHub
- Knowledge
of JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation
- Understanding
of software testing methodologies and best practices
